This diagnostic explores how your organisation responds when the complexity of work increases. It focuses on the behavioural patterns that emerge when teams encounter uncertainty, pressure, or competing demands.
Your responses will help identify where the organisation becomes stuck in repeating loops — such as avoidance, conflict escalation, decision stalling, or breakdowns in execution. Understanding these patterns is the first step in building greater readiness and adaptive capacity.
