We Created Readiness-Centred Change™
Because strategy only wins when systems are ready to deliver.
Change readiness is not a personality trait. It is a system property. And systems are made of people, patterns, and structures.
Most change models only measure one of these. We measure and build all three.
Readiness-Centred Change™
Readiness-Centred Change™ (RCC) is a science‑based ecosystem that builds the readiness capabilities organisations need to succeed through change and sustain high performance.
Most organisations don’t fail because of change — they fail because the system didn’t build the readiness people needed. Systemic unreadiness shows up as resistance, slow adoption, and inconsistent performance.
Unreadiness is a system constraint, not a people problem. Until you strengthen the system, individuals will keep struggling in predictable ways.
How RCC Builds Organisational Readiness
RCC strengthens readiness across four interconnected domains — structural, strategic, psychological, and behavioural — creating a coherent system for adaptation and sustained performance. It gives leaders a clear picture of what’s holding their organisation back and a practical pathway for building the capabilities needed to move forward.
The Four Interconnected Domains
Domain 1 – Structural Readiness
The conditions that shape behaviour
Every organisation operates within a system of clarity, load, friction, and decision pathways. Structural Readiness reveals how these conditions enable or constrain performance. Progress is enabled by the Readiness Engine™:
Structural Readiness Survey
- Foundation Training (shared mental models)
Outcome: a clear understanding of the environment people are working within — and where the system needs to be strengthened.
Domain 2 – Strategic Readiness
The organisation’s ability to think and decide adaptively
Strategic Readiness builds the cognitive architecture leaders need to interpret diagnostics, align direction, and make readiness‑informed decisions.
The Five Thinking Lenses
Strategic Readiness Survey
Strategic Readiness Training
Outcome: improved coherence, alignment, and decision flow across teams.
Domain 3 – Psychological Readiness
How people perceive and engage with change
Psychological Readiness focuses on the beliefs, interpretations, and emotional responses that shape how people experience change.
IRVEY (Change Fitness Assessment)
change fitness and meaning‑making frameworks
cognitive and emotional load insights
Outcome: greater openness, trust, and psychological capacity.
Domain 4 – Behavioural Readiness
How people act under pressure
Behavioural Readiness captures the patterns and adaptive actions that determine whether change actually happens.
Adaptive Intelligence Cycle
- Readiness Pathways
Outcome: consistent, confident, and effective action in real situations.
Structural Readiness is shaped by six forces — Load, Friction, Flow, Drift, Resistance, and Structural Integrity — which determine how easily people can move, decide, and stabilise during change. The Readiness Engine is the structural model that reveals how systemic forces shape behaviour during change. It helps leaders see what’s really happening beneath the surface — and where to intervene.
Activation Programs
To activate these four domains, we have developed specialised programs:
Structural Readiness Training
Get the structure right (Domain 1)
Strategic Readiness Training
Get the strategy right (Domain 2)
Change Readiness Superpowers
Get the thinking right (Domain 3)
Personal Change Fitness Program
Get the psychology right (Domain 3)
Transformational Leadership Program
Get the leadership right (Domain 4)
Change Management Process
Get the activity right (Domain 4)
A Closed‑Loop Readiness System
Structural Readiness opens the door
RCC Assessments reveal the terrain
Strategic Readiness Training builds capability
AIC guides adaptive behaviour
Activation Programs embed and scale readiness
Together, they form a complete ecosystem for diagnosing, building, and sustaining readiness at every level.
Who This Is For
We work with:
Senior leaders in complex organisations
Healthcare teams and transformation leaders
Change practitioners and OD consultants
Organisations with 500–2,000 staff
If you need to build readiness before launching change, we can help.
