Structure of the program
The program consists of three parts.
The first part examines what’s involved in managing organisational change. This is where we dive into change management theory and how to execute change.
The second part focuses on what to do, when to do it, and how to use a set of templates to help you. You will be given these templates for use in the real world.
The third part is where you put what you have learned into practice.
In other words – what to know, what to do, and doing it.
What to know will be covered in two training sessions totalling three hours.
What to do will be covered in five training sessions totalling six hours.
Doing it will occur over 10 weeks. The subsequent in vivo sessions will occur over three one-hour sessions.
Costs
$10500 for up to 10 participants (group price, not individual price).
