On the one hand, you need to grow the change readiness strengths within people (their psychological change fitness). On the other hand, you need to grow the change readiness strengths that lay around people – in the organisational environment. Both parts are essential, and you need a way to develop both parts at the same time to have an effective change readiness strategy. 

Creating a successful change readiness strategy isn’t simple. It demands specialised knowledge, dedicated programs, and effective tools.
