Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Purpose

This policy defines acceptable use of Redequip’s platforms, including The Change Gym website, IRVEY, and RCC Intelligence workflows, by client representatives, coaches, and authorised users.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must:

• access the system only with authorised credentials

• use the system solely for organisational, coaching, or diagnostic purposes

• protect their login details and prevent unauthorised access

• enter accurate information into diagnostic and coaching workflows

• comply with all relevant laws and organisational policies

• report any suspected security issues or misuse

Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

• attempt to bypass security controls

• share login credentials

• access data they are not authorised to view

• extract raw diagnostic or coaching data for external use

• interfere with system operation

• upload malicious content

• use the system for personal, commercial, or non‑organisational purposes

Data Handling Expectations

• Processed reports may be shared with authorised organisational representatives.

• Raw diagnostic or coaching data must not be transmitted via email or external systems.

• Users must comply with organisational confidentiality requirements.

Consequences of Misuse

Misuse may result in:

• suspension of access

• termination of access

• notification to the client organisation

• legal or contractual action where applicable
