Change Management Training

Our Change Management Training (CMT) equips leaders and teams to navigate organisational change with clarity, confidence, and resilience. Grounded in the principles of change fitness and adaptive intelligence, this training goes beyond surface-level tactics—helping participants understand the psychology of change, manage resistance, and lead transformation effectively.

CMT is available in two formats:

  • Base Course: Ideal for self-paced learners seeking insight and practical tools without formal assessment. You’ll gain valuable strategies to enhance your leadership, but certification is not awarded.

  • Accredited Certificate Course: Designed for those pursuing formal recognition. This path requires full participation in all activities, including reflections, case studies, role-plays, and a final leadership action plan. Successful completion leads to a certificate of competency.

You’ll begin in the Base Course. When you’re ready, you can upgrade anytime. Whether you’re building foundational skills or seeking accredited development, CMT offers a flexible, high-impact learning experience tailored to real-world leadership challenges.

How it works

This course consists of six lessons, beginning with Approaching Change and ending with Review. You watch short videos, take quizzes to check your knowledge and extend your learning, and have an AI tutor to help you dive deeper into the content.
