The Personal Change Fitness Program is your structured pathway to building the inner strength, resilience, and psychological flexibility needed to thrive through personal transformation. Designed as a progressive mental fitness journey, this program helps you turn life’s challenges into opportunities for lasting growth.
Over 11 weeks, you’ll complete a series of “Workouts”—each one a focused, reflective experience that strengthens your capacity to adapt, persevere, and grow. Like physical training, the key is consistency and intention. One Workout per week is the recommended pace, giving you time to absorb, reflect, and apply what you learn.
Choose Your Path
Our courses are designed to meet learners where they are, offering three distinct streams to suit different needs and levels of commitment:
Base Stream – A low‑effort, video‑based pathway ideal for those seeking quick insights and flexible learning. This stream does not include certification.
Intermediate Stream – A more structured experience with guided activities, reflection exercises, and optional diagnostics. Learners who complete this stream receive a Certificate of Completion (non‑CPD).
Advanced Stream – A comprehensive program with formal assessments, designed for those ready to engage deeply and demonstrate mastery. Successful participants earn a CPD Group accredited certificate, reflecting moderate to high effort and professional recognition.
