Group Programs

There are two levels offered in the group programs section.

The program’s first level is called WARMUPS, which is typically where people start.  Warmups introduce the change readiness concept and lay the foundation for understanding what to do and how to do it. 

The second level is called SETUPS. These provide further guidance on how to prepare your team or organisation for success with change.

Both these programs are offered as individual programs. However, there are some differences between the individual and group variations. These differences are:

  • Group programs are more cost-effective if you want to train more than a few people
  • Group programs include a change readiness assessment
  • Group programs have a longer duration – 90-minute sessions rather than 60-minute sessions (allowing for Q&A time)
  • Group programs are tailored to your particular needs

Warmups

Warmups are the best place to start your journey into change readiness. They will help you understand the theory and develop your leadership capability. They consist of six one-hour training sessions. They are pre-recorded and online as an individual program. Warmups are based on the latest scientific research on change readiness.

Here are the topics covered:

PATTERNS: recognise the patterns of change readiness and how to promote them in yourself and your teams.

PROCESS: understand how the change process works, how to engage your teams in The Success Pattern, and how to create flow.

ALIGNMENT: align people’s thoughts with the behaviours you want to see in your teams. 

THINKING: extend and diversify your teams’ thinking repertoire to build change readiness.

POSSIBILITIES: discover how to become aware of and leverage possibilities to achieve your goals.

COMPLEXITY: tap into the power of complexity to amplify change readiness within your organisation.

Setups

Setups are designed to extend your leadership journey into change readiness. They consist of eight one-hour sessions available as online pre-recorded training.

Topics include;

BUILDING ENGAGEMENT: Discover the barriers to engagement and how to remove the psychological and structural barriers to create buy-in and engagement. 

STRATEGIC EFFECTIVENESS: Learn how to make effective strategic choices and how to promote them within your teams.

MANAGING VALUE AND FLOW: Discover how to create direct and indirect client value and improve your offerings in the marketplace.

MANAGING CHANGE: Learn the major theories of change management and how to employ them in practice.

Setups are more effective when completed after the Warmups.
