There are two ways to answer this question. The first way is to consider whether the programs (like the Change Readiness Superpowers course) help build change readiness. We have collected data about that. These data are presented in the graph below.
This graph shows change readiness improvements in recent clients across various groups. The red columns show their change readiness scores before training and the green columns show the scores after training. Our programs are scientific, and there is quantitative and qualitative data to show they are effective in building change fitness.
The second issue is how much a program like Change Readiness Superpowers will benefit your business. That question is more complex because it depends on how you interact with the program. Like the window, the program is a tool, not the main focus. If your team engages in rich discussions and is keen to explore ideas, many of those ideas could be gold to your team.
Imagine a painting of a landscape. The painting has various elements, ranging from trees in the foreground to a cabin and distant hills.
The landscape encompasses all its elements, but it also relies on these elements. It’s not a landscape painting without the landscape.
Change readiness is similar to the painting. It contains elements that are part of the larger whole, but the whole cannot exist without the elements.
So, if change readiness is the larger whole, what are the elements that comprise it?
Change management is one of them. And so is change fitness, structural change readiness, and engagement readiness.
We build change readiness by developing more change fitness, better change management, deeper engagement, and more aligned organisational structures.
Our programs help you achieve that.
Two elements comprise change readiness.
First, there are elements that are inside people—what they think and how they think. This is called ‘change fitness’. Change fitness is about our psychological capacity to succeed in the change process. Some people are better than others, but everyone has room for improvement. We can measure how much change fitness people have, and we offer programs to build change fitness.
One program that can help with this is the Change Readiness Superpowers course. You can read more below.
Second, there are elements that are inside the organisation. The issue here is alignment – how well organisational structures, leadership, communications, knowledge, and culture support stakeholders through the change process.
We have tools to measure this aspect of change readiness and programs to help organisations create better alignment. The Change Management Certificate is one such program.
