The Personal Change Fitness Program is a 12-week online, change fitness program. You will learn how the change process works, what it takes to succeed, and the change fitness strengths you need to develp. The program consists of 11 Workouts (units) that will take you around 2 hours per week to complete on a one-per-week basis. These 11 lessons are supplemented with 5 x 1-hour personal coaching sessions with a trained and certified change fitness coach. The cost is $3500 AUD (ex GST).

This is the full 10-week online Change Readiness Superpowers course with 30 minutes face-to-face but no live training sessions. This is an individual program that requires independent work. Price is in AUD.
