2. Course Access & Usage

2.1 Access Participants receive access to course materials for a specified duration as indicated at the time of enrolment. Access is granted only after successful payment (see Section 3).

2.2 Permitted Use Course content is provided solely for your personal and professional development. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.

2.3 Account Security and Sharing You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorised sharing of your login details or course materials may result in suspension or removal from the program.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Payments must be completed in full before course access is granted. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Refunds Refund eligibility is determined by specific conditions:

• Refunds may be provided if lessons are not completed within a designated timeframe.
• No refunds will be issued for partial completion or failure to attend scheduled live sessions.
• In all cases, our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

4.1 Ownership All course materials—including videos, slides, worksheets, and related content—are the property of Ready For Change Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

4.2 Restrictions on Use You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without obtaining our written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 Educational Guidance Our courses and content provide educational guidance only. While we aim to deliver quality material, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

5.2 Disclaimers

• The provider is not responsible for any decisions made by you based on course content.
• Technical failures (such as platform access issues) will be addressed; however, compensation may not be provided.

5.3 Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redequip Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential damages) arising out of your use of our Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Participant Behaviour Participants must engage in all discussions and group activities respectfully. Any harassment, disruptive behaviour, or use of abusive language may result in immediate removal from the course with no refund.

6.2 Confidentiality For any discussions, case studies, or private coaching sessions, you are required to maintain confidentiality. Sharing sensitive or personal information externally is prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 Data Security Your personal data is stored securely. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7.2 Marketing Communications & Recorded Sessions

• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Recorded sessions may be used for training purposes; we will provide prior notice when applicable.

7.3 Integration with Client Comments If you submit any Comments (see Section 8), please be aware that these may be used in our marketing materials as described below.

8. Client Comments & Testimonials

8.1 Licence to Use By submitting any Comment, you grant Redequip Pty Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, and display the Comment (in whole or in part) for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

8.2 Attribution We may attribute your Comment using your first name and state/country only unless you expressly authorise a fuller attribution.

8.3 No Compensation You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any fee or compensation arising from our use of your Comment.

8.4 Withdrawal of Consent You may withdraw your consent by emailing co*****@**********ym.com. Please note that withdrawal will not affect materials already printed or scheduled for publication.

8.5 Accuracy Warranty You warrant that each Comment is true, accurate, and reflects your honest opinion at the time of submission.
