How the Group Superpowers program works

The schedule below demonstrates how this program can be completed in 11 weeks. However, we can be flexible in how it is delivered.  We are happy to discuss a proposal with you.

NOTE: All participants will have 90 days’ access to the online learning resources, which commences from the establishment of the contract. 

SCENARIO

ACME Inc. wants 7 team members to complete the Group Superpowers course. What follows is an example of how that could look.

Week 1

  • John, a team leader at ACME, organisaed training for his team, and we arranged to meet him online for a quick meeting during the week.
  • In the meeting, we confirmed a timetable and booked all training sessions.
  • We asked John to supply the names, emails, and job titles of each person doing the course.
  • We emailed each person a link to complete the first individual readiness survey (IRVEY).

Week 2

  • Group training session 1 (120 mins)
  • Meet with John to provide feedback on the assessment.
  • Provide online access to Lessons 1-3. 
  • Participants watch videos and answer questions online (individual work).

Week 3

  • Participants continue with the individual online work started in Week 2.

Week 4

  • Group training session 2 (120 minutes) 
  • Provide online access to Lessons 4-6.
  • Participants watch videos and answer online questions (individual work).

Week 5

  • Participants continue with the individual online work started in Week 4.

Week 6

  • Group training session 3 (120 minutes) 
  • Provide online access to Lessons 7-9.
  • Participants watch videos and answer online questions (individual work).

Week 7

  • Participants continue with the individual online work started in Week 6.

Week 8

  • Group training session 4 (120 minutes)
  • Provide online access to Lessons 10-12.
  • Participants watch videos and answer online questions (individual work).

Week 9

  • Participants continue with the individual online work started in Week 8.

Week 10

  • Group training session 5 (120 minutes)
  • Provide online access to Lessons 13-15.
  • Participants watch videos and answer online questions (individual work).
  • Participants sent link to complete the second IRVEY assessment.

Week 11

  • Participants continue with the individual online work started in Week 8.
  • Optional Group Session 6
  • Meet with John to provide feedback on the second assessment and to review the program.
