General Information

This course aims to help everyday leaders, managers, and their teams become more competent, confident, and successful at managing change. It’s not intended to turn you into a professional change manager but it will make you a better manager and leader. 

Knowing how to manage change in organisations is a valuable skill. And do you know what’s even better? Knowing how to manage change while also building the company’s long-term capacity for change. 

Delivering successful change is paramount in the modern world, where change is a constant pressure. In this course, you will learn the change management theory delivered in accessible, bite-sized chunks.

You will receive a Change Management Toolkit, featuring over 100 pages of templates, step-by-step instructions, and the necessary tools to implement the changes. You will also receive a Structural Change Readiness Assessment instrument. 

What makes this change management training unique is its focus on building a business’s structural change readiness. 

The course consists of 6 x 2-hour lessons, delivered online or onsite.

A Change Management Badge or Certificate from The Change Gym will be issued upon completion.

Awards

A Change Management Badge or a Change Management Certificate will be awarded to participants who attend all lessons (or catch up on missed lessons). The Certificate Award will also require reasonable participation in group discussions and completion of learning activities.
