Change Readiness Superpowers
General Information
This course will help your team learn what change readiness is and how to develop it going forward.
The course begins by looking at patterns and their characteristics. It aims to help you recognise patterns related to change readiness so you know what to look out for and can monitor your progress.
It proceeds to examine how change works, what it demands of people, and what we must supply to satisfy those demands. This raises the issue of personal change fitness: our psychological capacity to be ‘good at change’.
The course continues on the theme of change fitness, examining each of the seven change fitness resources and demonstrating how they help prepare us for change.
The course also ties in four additional theoretical concepts that shed light on how leaders can promote and build the change fitness of their teams.
This program also touches on organisational change readiness issues, such as culture, leadership, and management.
This course is instructional in nature, but completing the learning activities on the online platform can also help you build change fitness.
This course is great for leaders, managers, and their teams to build the concept and understanding of how change works and how to become more successful at it.
This is a group course.
