GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Accessing Your Courses: Click on the “My Courses” button. Here, you will see a list of all the courses you are enroled in.
Starting Your Course: Select the course you wish to access. Once you click on it, you will be able to view all the course materials, track your progress, and continue at your own pace.
Account Settings: Here you can find details of your account. If you encounter any issues or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team, who are on hand to help.
- Group Leaders: If you are a group leader (don’t know anything about this? You are not a group leader), click on the Group Leaders button to find information about your group(s).
- Need Help? Try out the virtual assistant to see if she can answer your query. Of course, you are always welcome to reach out to Steve Barlow. You can either use the Contact page or submit a ticket via the button near the top of this page.
LEARNER JOURNEY THROUGH YOUR COURSE
Welcome to a transformative learning experience, carefully structured to support your personal growth. Here’s how your journey unfolds:
- Enrolment and Onboarding: Begin by enrolling in the course of your choice. Upon signing up, you’ll receive a New User Welcome email containing all the access instructions you need to get started.
- Personalised Kick-Off: Soon after, you’ll receive a Welcome to Course email with a link to book your 30-minute online Planning Session. This session helps set your learning goals and ensures a clear path forward.
- Planning Session: In this one-on-one session, a dedicated coach will work with you to customise your journey based on your needs and aspirations, giving structure to your engagement with the course material.
- Self-Paced Progression: Work through the course content at your own pace, allowing time for reflection, application, and connection to your personal change goals.
- Interactive Coaching: When you’re ready, schedule and conduct two 50-minute coaching sessions. These sessions deepen your insights, address challenges, and help sustain momentum.
- Final Integration Session: After completing all course lessons, book and complete your third 50-minute coaching session. This session helps consolidate your learning and prepares you for long-term application.
- Course Access Duration: You will have access to the course content for 90 days from the date of enrolment. This timeframe gives you the flexibility to engage with the material and revisit key lessons as needed.
BOOK EXTRA COACHING
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it. If you encounter any other login or access issues, please get in touch with our support team via the Submit Ticket button above. They’re available to help you troubleshoot any problems and ensure you regain access quickly.
If you have a technical problem with the learning program and you cannot resolve it on your own, you should submit a ticket via the ‘Submit Ticket‘ button found towards the top of this Members’ Portal. It is under the Need Support heading.
Yes, our courses are built to be mobile-friendly. Whether you prefer learning on a tablet or smartphone, the platform adapts to your device’s screen size for an optimal viewing experience.
You can easily access your account settings by clicking on your user avatar or name at the top of the screen. This will take you to your Profile page, where you can update personal information, change your password, manage notification preferences, and review your course history. These customisations help tailor your experience to your needs.
Yes, upon completing a course, you’ll be sent a badge of completion. This serves as recognition of your achievements and can be a valuable addition to your resume or professional profile.
