Strategic Readiness Program

The Strategic Readiness Program is designed as a journey rather than a checklist. It begins by grounding leaders in the foundations of readiness—what it means to be strategically prepared and why organisations often lose that edge. From there, it introduces two complementary modes of thinking: the stabilising discipline of Kuhn and the challenging curiosity of Popper. Leaders explore how to balance these mindsets, knowing when to anchor and when to test.

The course then shifts into the practice of building functional information—turning experiments into lasting organisational capability rather than one‑off wins. Participants learn how awareness, creation, retention, and transfer form a cycle that steadily increases adaptive intelligence.

Finally, the program integrates these elements into applied leadership. Through scenarios, simulations, and reflection, leaders practise switching modes, capturing lessons, and embedding them into systems. The course closes with consolidation, ensuring readiness becomes part of culture and everyday leadership, not just a temporary skill.

This is a non-CPD course and there are no set assessment requirements.
